Dog Grooming - 98 St James Street :

The Pet Industry Federation (PIF) and Defra have issued a statement in summary this is:

Welfare reasons could include: on veterinary advice for a skin condition or excessive matting causing the pet discomfort. When routine grooming can be delayed without affecting the pet’s welfare until the national lockdown is eased it should be put off."

Update 12-01-2021

We are constantly monitoring the current situation and regularly reviewing the advice on the current situation. This afternoon the Pet Industry Federation in consultation with DEFRA updated its advice. Therefore, with this information and the continuing rise in cases and hospitalisations of Covid-19, we have made the decision to close the shop and grooming parlour on St James's Street as of close of business on Tuesday 12 January 2021.

We will continue to update and review our dedicated Covid-19 Update Page as we receive information from the Government, Public Health England and Industry professional bodies.

We at Bone Idol are committed to supporting our customers and staff at all times and have made this decision for the health and wellbeing of everyone. We truly value your ongoing support and understanding.
